Pre-employment Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 18 years of age (21 in some cases)
• Must speak, read, and write in English
• No Criminal Record
• Pass Drug-Screening
• Pass State/Federal Background
• Pass Pre-Employment Background
• 3 Years as a Licensed Driver
• Possess a Clean DMV (3 Year History)
• Proof of Citizenship or Legal Right to Remain and Work in the U.S.

A Guard Card is required for all of our guard jobs. We also require our guards to be fully up to date on the CA State mandated Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS) 40 hours of training courses for security guards.
